Raw blocks purchased from quarries are received at the gantry yard and are unloaded with the help of gantry cranes.
The block are sliced into rough slabs with Block cutter or Multi Cutter for further processing.
Polishing process is done with the liner polishing machine. The machine is used for making the surface even and then polishing slabs for getting a smooth and shiny surface.
Big slabs are lifted with the help of E.O.T and transferred to automatic cutting machine or manual cutting machine to cut the slabs into required tile size.
Grinding and polishing of stone tiles is done with polishing machine making tile surface smooth and even.
To give stone tiles a rough and dense texture shot blast machine is used.
The back side of the tile is calibrated to maintain a uniform thickness with the help of calibration machine.

We use sea worthy strong wooden crates with Styrofoam, plastic cover and strips to strengthen the crate.
